harlequin cig holder

i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i can get a harlequin cigarette holder?
i have an old tannens catalog (not too old though) and there is one in there but i dont think they sell it anymore. just to be clear im looking for a gimmicked cig holder. thx for any info given
