Richard’s call for Charlie Miller photos in another thread is heartening. I can’t wait to get my hands on this book.

Yup, almost done. All 600 plus pages laid out, all photos rescreened and placed, table of contents done, introduction done. My wife has been doing the lion's share of the work. I think we will send it to the printer in about a month. Fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong!
