Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

Thanks James for posting our link.

Hello Genii...this is my first post here and thanks to James for helping me find this forum.

Perhaps you have not heard about SOC yet? We started a little over a year ago with the release of a 53min documentary film Street of Cards a synonym for Colon MI, the Magic Capital of the World. My name is Aj Olson and together with a curious lot of individuals we started showing our love for the art of magic and expressing our passion for our home towns Street of Cards!

Hanging out on the Street, practiced by magicians world wide during the 4 day Abbott Magic Get-Together has occurred the first week of every Aug for the last 72 years. Today magicians find the traditions and brotherhood of Magic, Colon, and the Street of Cards available through hanging out, and connecting with friends online the other 361 days of the year.

SOC-TV: Street of Cards

Online 24/7 days a week, with LIVE events happening from within the MAGIC WORLD every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Nights starting at 10pm Pacific. However if you can not see a LIVE event they are recorded and available On Demand along with other magical content streaming in-between our LIVE programming schedule. Please see our online guide for particular scheduling updates and notices. See following link for details:

I invite you to take some time and explore our site! Perhaps you will find a few things of interest to you! I look forward to meeting many new faces out on the Street! See you there.
