Was Houdini left-handed?

A place where beginners can participate, ask questions, and post their views. However, beginners typically ask a lot of questions about sources, tricks, books, and so on. In fact, all magicians are interested (or should be) in the provenance of tricks, ideas, and related matters. This department will service these needs.

Quick question:

Was Houdini left-handed?

I am away from all of my books, and no, am not in the mood to Google.

You experts are way faster anyway! :D :help:

I believe he was right-handed Dave. There's a photo of him in one of my Houdini books that clearly shows him at his desk (the one that might have been Edgar Allen Poe's?)in the upper floor of his Harlem brownstone. Houdini is writing with his right hand, and holding his pen in an unorthodox manner between is index and middle fingers.
