Question for Richard Kaufman re Strong Magic

Postby Guest » August 26th, 2002, 6:07 am

Hi there,

I have a copy of the excellent "Strong Magic" by Darwin Ortiz and am intrigued by the pictures on the cover. I asked Mr Ortiz if they had any significance but was told they were just clip art you chose yourself, to capture the "feel" of the book. To suggest something along the lines of Plato's Academy.

Can you give any more insight into these drawings? Why the scenes of death and decay? And just who is Galenus??

Thanks for your time,

Mark

You know...I've been wondering about that too. Is there any specific significance to the cover art?

Richard,
Just what do these drawings mean?
