Question about Hofzinser vol 3 pic of John Ramsay

Hi Folks.

In the third Magic Christian Hofzinser book are two pictures of Ramsay’s hands. One appears from the Clylinder and Coins booklet. The second image, of his hands with fingers interlaced on the table - from where?

What’s a decent way to ask M. C. about that second image?
