Reliable Small Shop Metal Fabricator for small gimmicks/devices?

Can someone recommend a reliable custom Metal Fabricator - small one-man garage-shop type operation is ideal - whom they have used successfully, who can turn out small metal utility devices like: Dye Tubes, Card Holders, Coin Droppers, and other specialty metal hand gimmicks?

Seem the days of simply calling-up Owen's, P&A, or Abbott's, and hearing those magic words of: "No worries, we can make a few of those up for you Special Order in the shop" are long, long gone.

Anyone know some who is good and reliable doing this sort of work these days?
