A Question?? Mac King's Thanksgivin' Cookin"

Has anyone else run across a booklet called "Mac King's Ultimate Guide To Thanksgivin' Cookin" It has 17 pages 8.5 x 5.5 and is plastic comb bound across the top. It appears to be both a small (although limited) Thanksgiving cookbook and a promotional piece for Mac's Harrah's show, produced in November, 2000. Mine says it is part of a limited edition #65 of 65. If anyone knows the scoop on this, I would certainly like to hear about it. Mac? Thanks for your help. - Dan

Mac's publicist has been sending out stuff like that for years for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
