It is with much regret that I report on the passing of another great, creative, FISM winning magician, John Cornelius. I’m not sure of the details but I think he died at home over this last weekend. The sadness continues. I posted a short conversation with him during a recent TAOM Convention here: https://www.themagicwordpodcast.com/sco ... -taom-2015
Aloha my friend.

That's terrible news. John was a great creator and a huge inspiration to me.

Words cannot express the sadness in my heart on the passing of a great creative magician, a fellow classmate(Edison H.S.), and a dear friend. Rest in peace, John.

Well, I am yet again the in position of requesting someone to write an obituary for Genii--this time of John Cornelius. Even though I knew him since the 1970s, we only talked about magic. I don't even know what he did for a living! So, if anyone knows him well enough to do this and can knock out 500 words, please give me a shout at moobooks@verizon.net

Another sad loss. The Fickle Nickle alone is enough to assure his place at Valhalla.
