This is Bewitched Boxes by Eckhard Bottcher. It was initially released around 1992 and re-released by Thomas Pohle in 2016 from Stevens Magic Emporium. Briefly it is a mental effect with 3 boxes with a drawer. Each box has a drawer with a different color circle on the drawer. There are also 3 chips with different colors. Various mental effects can be performed. The instructions include 4 effects. This has great Halloween type décor and is single owner in like new condition.
