If the normal edition cost $50 i have 2 so thats $100 but i paid $200 for two deluxe editions so if you could send 1 deluxe edition that would be easier?

Many thanks

Please contact Margret at the office tomorrow: 301-652-5800.

We'll have you send back the regular editions and get the correct deluxes sent. Unless you really want two regular editions and a deluxe? (Why?)

Shrink wrap is not a problem. Only greasy fingerprints are. :) Some folks read their books while eating fries! I see it a McD's all the time. (Oops, did I just admit that?)

Happy to say it has arrived safely in Manchester, England.

Edit: Having had time for a quick run through, there is some exceptionally good material here.

Got my copy about a week ago. (Regular edition) Thoroughly enjoying this. Once again kudos to Mr. Kaufman for providing great products for us - whether its reprints of material I would never had been able to get my hands on or new tomes.

He definitely gets my vote for most influential person in the magic kingdom.

Sorry about that, but shipping to foreign countries is about 4 weeks. Even though Canada is closer, the mail is worse if anything.

I note that people in the US started to receive their copy of Labyrinth around August 18th. Can I assume the regular edition of Labyrinth was shipped to Canadian customers around the same date?

I don't mind being patient, and will, but if the book was mailed out over 2 months ago to Canada how long must I wait to conclude it was lost in the mail?

Have no idea if any copies have reached Canada yet. But they were sent out the end of August and certainly have arrived by now. Contact Margret at genii@geniimagazine.com

Very happy to have it in hand.

Not really. I receive packages sent from New York to California in two or three days, regularly. Now the French postal service on the other hand...

(Yes, I know you are not French. Just saying.)

I can get packages from Japan in 3-4 days at a fraction of the US shipping costs.

Waiting 4-6 weeks for a package from the US is ludicrous.

Mail from Canada to the UK is incredibly fast. However, mail to the US takes forever for some reason. Oddly enough it takes twice or even three times as long for mail to get to most US addresses than it does to get to Britain.

And it can take just as long for mail to get to another Canadian city as it does for it to get to the UK.

I sure do not want to pay twice the postage fees. I believe it was $20, and $40 to ship one book would not be reasonable.

However I do often order for mjmmagic.com and pay about $30 in shipping an get my books in about 2 weeks with the USPS. Same for packages from L&L and Hermetic Press.

I note that Labyrinth was shipped to Canada from Belgium, which may explain the unusual delay.

MJM magic is Murphy's, who get an enormous bulk discount because the volume they ship, which is why the postage is less. The only option is a flat rate Global Priority mail box which is about $40.

Magico-Japan ships from Japan, and that explains why their mail deliveries arrive so promptly.

Yes, I'm very glad.

[For future readers of this post, after link rot has set in. A lot of 9 original issues on ebay was not bid upon, even though the opening bid was only $45. Prior to the reprint, the would have gone for a couple hundred dollars or more.]

I wonder how much a complete file of the original journals would go for now.
