Maven Lecture

Has anyone been to a Max Maven lecture? I read that he will be lecturing in Studio City on November 13th(?). How did the NY lecture go?
Was there a large turnout? Did he mention his upcoming dvd series?

The lecture in NY was excellent. Max seems to have lecture notes specific to each lecture. I think its the same tricks with anew cover. The NY lecture was full as was Monday Night Magic. Max also did a show at New School University, the place where James Lipton does the actor's studio. That also went well. DVD's were mentioned briefly but nothing specific.

He gave a good lecture a couple of weeks ago at Eastbourne (IBM British ring).

It was pretty trick-centric, but had some nice ideas. The cover of the notes were specific to Eastbourne, but as Brian says, the contents may have been identical.

He made no mention of new DVDs.

That is correct, Max will be at The MAgic APple in Studio City 11/18 @ 7:00pm.
He is going to go over some new material! I think the turnout is going to be a big one, so PLEASE call or e-mail me to reserve a seat as space is LIMITED and going fast!
