Ovette/Kelly Move

Postby Steve Mills » May 3rd, 2011, 1:09 pm

I thought the article in the May issue was terrific.

I especially liked the "Ovette Reverse". Like so many things, I had it in my library, but completely overlooked it.

I also think "The Clipped Ovette" has a lot of potential.

Anyone else working on this?

Steve

I'm working on it, Steve. I echo your comments with respect to the substance and quality of the May issue. And of course, we thank RK, David Acer, and especially the late Gene Maze for publishing the real work for those of us who will doubtless benefit from its utilization.

I saw Gene do all of these handlings, and have been using the Ovette Reverse for many years. It's lots of fun to see the shocked look on a cardman's face when you spread the deck and his card is face up!
