Super-Natural Levitation?

Postby Nick Maggio » July 19th, 2010, 9:52 pm

It's either too late or too early for April Fools day. What is the back cover of the July issue all about? "A completely new concept in magic that will blow you away.." this is either a magic marketing survey to quantify the true gullibility of magicians or someone making a bet that is designed to prove a point. Send $2 cash to a P. O. box in Las Vegas for the best levitation ever invented...I think I'll pass.

As a postal worker, I am telling you NOT to mail some cash. I've seen cash comes loose daily. One time it was torn in half with mail.
Saw that ad on the back cover and dissapprove.

And, generating interest is what good advertising is supposed to do.

Um yes - well no - but yes - that is if you include interest in the agency/artist who composed the ad and maybe the actors/artists who executed the thing - but then no - since that shifts the focus so far from the product that it may as well have been for pills - but you know those extra fast acting double strengh placebos are out now and you have to try the ones wiht the gold stripes since that makes them quicker.

Nothing like the buzz you get from placebos.
