Based on the work of J.B. Rhine (who was the first to use the cards created by Zener) a "full deck" IS comprised of 25 cards (i.e., 5 cards with each of the 5 symbols.

I would stay away from the Bicycle back ESP cards. It throws them into the realm of playing cards. Thus, everything you do with them becomes a card trick. Just my 2 cents.

Vernet Magic makes a very nice deck and it's marked.

I totally agree with David Devlin - stay away from ESP cards with backs which are found on regular playing cards as well.

I stock the Royal cards .... plus some great custom stuff.
You also find a unique ESP tuck case for the Royal cards ;)

So if they see a bicycle back, your doing a card trick and if you use another back they won't?

I would think that if they see ESP cards front side they would think its a trick. Outside of mentalism, who else uses ESP cards?

The public is aware of them mainly from pop culture usage I'd imagine. Most people I show them to mention remembering them from Ghostbusters.
