Still nothing here in The Netherlands, but it's still the month of March :)
Richard, did you change the way Genii is delivered, because the January issue had to be replaced as well. I never had any delays with the magazine prior to the last three months.

Can't wait to read the great articles again.

Take care and all the best,

Herman Koster from sunny Holland.

Herman, we switched the company we use for foreign delivery in the middle of last year, and delivery has improved across the board.

Is your copy sent to you by air or Int. economy service?

Have you considered taking the option for an opaque envelope? ($12) This seems to solve lots of problems.

And are you certain your subscription has not expired? You can contact Margret at the office to help: genii@geniimagazine.com

Still not here in Germany as well... Boy, I am WORRIED by now!

My subscription with air mail delivery was renewed, never had problems with the delivery over the last couple of months. In fact, it even got faster with the latest change in delivery.

Any other German or neigboring readers suffering from GENII-NO??

My copy is sent by airmail, and I asked Margret last time, when my subscription would end, and that would be Feb 2011.

I'll just wait a couple of days before emailing the office and perhaps it is a good idea to switch to an opaque envelope.

Thanks for the advice!

Today, April 1st I received the March issue. Margret already sent a replacement copy as well. I'd like to send it back, but she told me to give it to a friend, so maybe he would subscribe.

Genii really has great service. In the future I'll wait saying that the copy hasn't arrived.

Richard, how can I request the opaque envelopes? If this solves the problem, I'd gladly pay a little extra instead of you having to send replacements.

Take care.

Send Margret an e-mail stating that you want to upgrade to the opaque envelope. It adds only $1 per month to your sub because they have to be inserted and sealed by hand.
