Roger Smith's Maxi-Twist
Can anyone tell me where this is in print or any other sources for this routine (other than the Bill Malone video)?

Try "Good Turns" by Jon Racherbaumer. I believe e-book is available on his website as part of Premium membership.

Re: Roger Smith's Maxi-Twist
David Stahl had a version called Maxi Twist IX that he published in a small pamphlet of tricks called "Don't Stall, Stahl!". There is also a version is Apocalypse Vol 18 # 11 called Maxi Twixt X. I don't remember who this one is by. David's handling is nice because he removed the Ascanio Spreads and the handling is very consistent. The version in Apocalypse allows you to clean up the ending at bit by involving a chosen card. You most likely will not find David's book so you might want to check out the version in Apocalypse.
