Genii has a new owner, and more capital for these kinds of projects.

Probably no corrections. We're working from the pdfs of the original InDesign docs, and it's not possible to change stuff and have it match.

What if you could make simple text changes directly into a pdf?

Did the errors in the captions appear in the original Vernon Touch columns?

I thought we had corrected all the errors before printing.
The book that I know has errors in the photo captions is my reprint of Greater Magic, because Jay Marshall marched over to me and handed me a list!

Nothing new. Do you already own The Secrets of So Sato, Super-Sized Silly, and Tenyoism? Labyrinth?

Great books. Maybe it is time I pick up a copy of Labyrinth.

You really should, it's fantastic. And the So Sato book has rapidly become one of my favorite card magic books. It's so great having the DVD so you can enjoy the routines before learning them. I hope Richard is able to do that more often for his future books.

Thanks, Chris. I have several new books in the works and hope to be able to include a DVD of performances in as many as possible.

In my mind, including a DVD of performances is now the best possible way to present a book.

I can see why including a DVD would appeal to a new generation of "readers". It's unfortunate for me as I shudder when I see a DVD included with a book and in fact, can deter me from purchasing the book.

Why in the world would seeing a DVD included with a book deter you from purchasing the book? No one is going to force you to watch the DVD.

I don't shudder when seeing a DVD included in a book. And it is probably a good thing to include. However, I do have a few books for several years which included DVDs and I haven't even glimpsed at them! I did make an exception for the Berglas book for his cigarette routine which I always liked but that is about it.
