Hi All,
I wonder if there is anyone in particular that should be credited with inventing the balloon to dove effect as it is typically presented with the tray/table.

I appreciate any help you might be able to give me.
Thanks,
Eric

I hear a couple gross of them just appeared in the magic shop one night, along with the gloves to dove version. The elves did not leave any notes on provenance.

Anyone know if this is related to the "bottom of the birdcage" gaffus or whose project it was?

I think it was Recil Bordner of Abbott's.

I don't think they are one time gross let alone a couple of gross! (Sorry it is late)
I will check with Abbott's. The websites I looked at that list inventors had this as unknown, so perhaps it was elves?

Thanks

It was being advertised by Abbott in the March 1961 Linking Ring if that helps.
