Read "Pocket Full of Miracles" by Diamond Jim Tyler.
In this book, you can find good routine named "The FBI Trick".
His method is quite simple, but really good. Try it !!

Sincerely,

Yes and a topit works nicely for the routine also if you happen to use one.

Bob Brown has a great routine where the thumbcuffs vanish and end up back in the holder where they started. Used to be sold through Magic Inc. in Chicago. The may still carry it. Not listed on their site (magicinc.net) but I bet they have it. I'd e-mail or call.

I used to simply slip the cuffs in my jacket breast pocket since my hands where right in front of my chest anyway.

Tom, I remember Bob Brown's routine. I occasionally did it as well.
