Gents, Miser's Cornucopia from Roger Klause in Concert is a long time favourite.
I've just discovered an identical effect in a Fank Garcia book called Fair Exchange credited to Neil See.
The effect and method are identical, except for the application of Klause's half-move concept.
Anyone know the provenance of this great closeup effect?

Effect and method are inextricably linked.

I knew Neil See quite well. He did this effect brilliantly.
Roger Klause is known to have taken tricks by others, made slight alterations, then republished them with no credit to the originator.
