While there's precious little in the way of online video and commentary on the Sawa & Dingle variations, I did find a 15-year-old thread (different forum) referencing more recent applications of the basic concept by Homer Liwag and Justin Miller. I viewed the Miller routine yesterday [very late to that ball], but am still eager to see the other three magi "in action." I have no doubt their technique would put mine to absolute shame.
