running Anton's Magic Multimedia CD (Windows 95)

Anyone able to help me figure out how to run on my Windows 10 PC the Windows 95 "Magic Multimedia" program of Anton the Magician that Kevin James used to sell back in the day? It's designed to let you print a person's photo on a court card. I was lucky enough to receive one probably 20 years ago but never got around to trying it out -- and now it won't run "as is" on my PC.

I think if you change the resolution on your monitor to a low setting it might run. Google and try it.
