Recently, I needed some special double-face cards. My arts and crafts skills are severely limited (limited = zero). Notwithstanding this lack of skill, I figured out a way of making perfect double-face cards in under a minute.
The basic idea is this: for card face 1, use a Bicycle card. For card face 2, use a card from a Card Shark Double Decker deck:

This creates a card that is slightly thicker than a regular card but looks perfect and feels great.
No, you can't glue two Double Deckers back to back: the result is a floppy card that feels weird and handles badly.
For glue, use Elmer's Repositionable Picture and Poster Stick (repositonable so you can align the cards easily):

Place the card inside a regular deck. Snap a couple of rubber bands around the deck and leave under a heavy object overnight.
