Does someone know if the first trick performed has been published somewhere?

Re: Larry Jennings' performance
Thanks for posting this Philippe.
Regrettably, I never had the chance to meet or see Larry Jennings in person.
Yet, I've read that some of the video record of him does not depict him in his prime.
A respectful question to those of you who saw/knew Mr Jennings please: does this video represent him well as he performed in his prime? If not, is there a better recorded resource that you feel shows him at his best?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Larry Jennings' performance
Jennings was past his prime here because of illness. Also, he hated to perform sitting down, but his weight made him unable to stand for long periods. The camera angles here are not the greatest, but that nice cards to pocket routine has never been in print. :) It will be, eventually.

What a treat.
LJ may not have been in his prime but this is terrific material, performed by a master.
Thanks for sharing.

Re: Larry Jennings' performance
Haven't watched the whole thing, but one thing brought back some pleasant memories. At approximately 4:40 on the video Larry does a move on spectator's hand. I remember sitting with him at the Castle many long years ago, and discussing that specific move with him, because he'd read it or learned it from my first magic book. (The Curry Turnover Change on someone's hand.) HL.

Re: Larry Jennings' performance
Thanks a lot for sharing Philippe !
Maybe was LJ past his prime and not at ease performing sitting down but still incredibily good, best footage of him I have seen to date!
Seeing him perform Curry's turnover in spectator hand and his handling of the "Hofzinser" top change are lessons in themselve...
I also notice that he uses Erdnase handling of the open riffle shuffle (as describe in EATCT under "retain the bottom stock").
Regards
Thomas
