After a great evening of doing table magic, I realized that I am shorter on "resetting" effects (mostly without cards) than I would like to be. Any help?

Items of which you can prepare multiples in advance include the torn and restored cigarette paper, which is a great table effect.

From the Mora/Scarne/Vernon Three Ball routine to almost any use of business cards and the 'out to lunch' principle - there's much to choose from out there. Perhaps if you shared some about your particular needs as far as props, themes, production design etc folks could make more useful suggestions.
Steve Dusheck's Ultimate Copper and Silver Transposition (now sold with T11's Digital Dissolve) also comes to mind by way of other comments Steve has made about tricks that don't take time to reset.

The paper hat tear doesn't need resetting because you use a new one each time.

Sponge Balls are always ready but I realize you might not want to put them in people's hands at a resturant. It is an issue.
I used the ball to jumbo square in my hands only.
Lots of rubberband magic is good too.
David Williamson has an effect for resturant work that is a sugar vanish. The amazing thing is that it resets for the next table as part of the method!
