2 card/ 3 card monte

Postby 000 » January 5th, 2009, 9:40 am

Any ideas on as part of a "conman" demo one performs a 2 card monte, followed by a 3 card monte? ( As part of the patter....'having confused you with 2 cards, they ( the conmen) now use 3 cards'.......)

Mmmm... it might make more sense to go the other way around. "Maybe using three cards is too confusing. Here, I'll make it more fair, I'll get rid of one..."

However, it seems redundant to me. Pick one or the other, and maybe do something else of a conman nature, like the shell game, or the endless chain.

I'm feeling that line of thinking. What about:

Start with three cards. Then two. Finally a single card to 'avoid confusion/simplify'.
