Daryl's version of "The Diary Trick"

In the late 1980's, Daryl was performing a version of "The Diary Trick" at conventions. I believe he referred to it as "The Calendar Card", but he did not include it in his lecture notes. Methodologically, it bore some similarities to Bob Cassidy's version of the same vintage.

Does anyone know if Daryl eventually published his version?

It seems to be in his lecture notes Fooler Droolers published in 2003 but I can't check because I Haven't these notes.

Daryl had the Happy Birthday Card Trick in some lecture notes. I think I have them.
