I'm not quite sure what is supposed to happen with the color changing silk. Is it supposed to "snow" as the silks are changing?

It appears that you load the white paper confetti into the bag side of the double color-changing silk, and as you pull it inside out, the "snow" appear. Interesting that they're providing the instructions on a DVD!

I don't get this re releasing cups n balls with frozn pictures on it,why not release a frozen version of mirror mate, or frozen mirage or geo metrick not the sme old c?ap over n over again.

The molds for those older tricks were most likely destroyed.
Those tricks would cost much more.
This has a very low retail price and is designed for kids.
