Tenyo knockoff - Mirror Mate

Postby PickaCard » July 22nd, 2014, 11:49 am

A really crappy knockoff for $5?

Fun to watch, but if someone does not think highly of magic, this will convince them they are right.

I displayed this item, which was being sold at the IBM/SAM, on my Genii Speaks video in the August issue. It was given to me as a gift by John Signa. He had an evil smile at the time.

Watching your reaction made it the best $5 I spent at the convention.

is this a knock off or just an un authorized variation?

taste issues aside, there is some clever thinking here that goes beyond the mirror mate handling as taught.

Just finished watching you online Genii Speaks video :)

I don't know why, but I want one...

I found the dealer's website: http://www.808magic.com.tw/products.php

Does anyone know of an American source?

Did they carry any other unique effects to recommend?

Thank you.

The handling is Akira Fuji's improvement, described without permission. The item itself is a "variation" if you want to consider it that since the original doesn't come with a small turd.
