I own the Editorial Frakson English Edition (1988) of this wonderful book. I am thinking of upgrading to the newer Hermetic Press edition.

However, I was wondering if anyone who owns (or has compared) both these editions could please tell me if there are enough specific, significant differences that make the upgrade worthwhile.

A lot of errors in the translation were corrected. For a book on theory, that is vitally important.
