Went back and had a look at it.
I have not seen anyone do it, and it looks hard as hell. My hand certainly isn't flexible enough to even try it.
Tom, can YOU do it? Would like to see a video.

The publication in Genii said there was also a bad description of it in New Tops. The only thing I find that looks like it may be it is written up as a color change, and yes, it is a poor description.
