The Mysterious Fulminations #54

In Genii, Vol. 59, no. 6, april 1996, in the Table of contents, we can read :
Page 494 Fumninations
BUT if you go to this page, you see an add by Peter Pit and nowhere in the issue there is an article about Fulminations
This was a Gary Ouellet's Column and theoretically it was the number 54.
I know that two books about these columns were edited but I haven't these books.
Who can tell me that the subject of Fulminations #54 and eventually send me a copy of this article.
