Houdini Club of Wisconsin - annual convention

Postby Chuck Arkin » April 8th, 2015, 7:50 pm

The last post heading referred to 2014, so with apologies I post this for current year.

The 77th Annual Houdini Convention will be held in Appleton Wisconsin from August 28, 29, 30, 2015. The convention is at the Radisson Paper Valley (333 West College Avenue), with a low rate of $99 per night (ask for the Houdini Club rate). Toll free number is 800-333-3333.

Perfomers include Oscar Munoz, Ken Mate, Kevin & Robin Heller, Glen Gerard, Jeff Wawrzaszek, and more!

Registration rates range from $95 to $155, depending on category. Houdini Scholarship Program winners get free admission!

See the web site at www.houdiniclubofwisconsin.com for more information.

You may also contact convention chair Ed Litt at edmagic@houseofix.net or 773-252-7855.

Thank you,

Also just added to the line-up: Daryl (the "Magicians' Magician").

Great news! The Houdini Convention rate has been reduced to $125.00 for all adults (eliminating the prior $155 surcharge for non-members). MORE GREAT NEWS. FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY, THE ADULT RATE HAS BEEN SLASHED DOWN TO $105.00.

Yes, only $105.00 for the entire convention weekend. That includes 2 evening stage magic shows, 3 lectures, a close-up magic show, a Saturday evening party, the Champion of Magic Contest, plus entry to the stage magic contest, the escape contest, the close-up contest, the dealer room, and our wonderful Sunday afternoon banquet and awards ceremony.

This must be the best regional convention pricing and talent ever.

Talent line-up includes Oscar Munoz, Daryl, The Unintentional Magician, Rick Allen, Jeff Wawraszek, Kevin and Robin Heller, Ken Mate, Stuart McDonald, and Gerard & Company.

To apply for the limited time offer program of $105, contact John Kurtz at 414-282-7729.

Also ask about the Youth Scholarship Program - there are still a few more youth scholarships available.

Apply now!
