Dancing Raibows - George Andrus

Postby Dave Egleston » September 13th, 2008, 2:03 pm

Jerry had a brother. He's a smart man,too.

This is a DVD put out by GEORGE Andrus. It is available at:

www.dancing-rainbows.com for $20.00

No Magic TRICKS here, but a nice video of "Soap film photography" accompanied by "Original music"

This is something completely different, I'd buy it just to play it on my 60" television screen during a party or gathering. The images are mesmerizing and the music is OK. If I had to complain about anything, ( I don't, but I can't help it ) it would be that Mr Andrus is doing a running commentary while these images are constantly changing.

A quote from Mr. Andrus:

"I have walked in the world of soap film, breathing in its beauty, laughing at the humor, and pondering the mechanics of it all... Amazement has been my constant companion."

Mr. Andrus is a master photographer and here he is videoing a a soap film the size of a "Postage Stamp" , using no outside stimulus other than normal atmospheric pressures.

The video is about 60 minutes long and the pictures are pretty, might be useful as a screen saver.
