British born Nick Lewin is an award-winning writer and performer of magic with a great deal of fascinating information that he shares in his lectures and seminars. With over 40 years of experience as a full time pro, over 50 television appearances and a five-year run with his one-man show in Las Vegas there is a huge amount of ‘Real World’ knowledge and routines packed into his teaching presentations. In addition to stories, advice and tips are a string of strong and audience tested routines from Nick’s own repertoire that can be added into every kind of magic show.

Lewin was lucky enough to have legendary British magicians such as Billy McComb, Ken Brooke and Maurice Fogel as his magical mentors. He shares their unique and timeless insights with his own experience to create a lecture that demonstrates, from A-Z, how to structure and create a commercial show. Not only does Nick teach a series of original tricks, but he also shows how to combine them together to maximum effect. His goal is to demonstrate the ‘secrets behind the secrets’ allowing magicians to take their magic to another level.

Lewin has specialized in the art of performing small magic to a large audience; to him sleight of hand is a long way from being synonymous with close-up magic. This lecture allows magicians to look at props and routines through a new set of eyes. Nick’s average audiences range from 1500-2000 people and the use of focus, texture and attention to detail allow him to feature effects that achieve maximum impact while using a minimum of props.
