Professor Spellbinder, author and publisher of the Journal, started the Journal in 2003, but then became ill and was not able to keep up with the rigorous demands of on-line publishing. But now he's back in good health and has picked up where he left off. Remember the REALLY old days of Genii when it used to come months and months later than scheduled? This is sort of like that. I think his Halloween issue from 2003 is next in line, but he has removed the dates and is simply numbering the issues as they are completed, so soon we'll never know if he's late or not. Clever Professor!
