Just saw Richard Garriott showing some of his collection to Martha on the Martha Stewart show.

Re: Puzzles
A few of those items were on loan to him from my collection. Just FYI.
He also Filmed a segment on automata for her show. It should be online as well.
I was a minor consultant on both of those presentations. for what it’s worth.

Actually, I was doing better things. But my wife was channel surfing and stopped on Martha.

Re: Puzzles
More puzzles from Martha (including Jerry Slocum, Will Shortz, and another one with Richard Garriott).

And here are the automata segments that Brad mentioned:

(and, BTW, that JiGaZo puzzle at the end of the Richard Garriott segment I first posted about is the work of Mark Seteducatti, I believe)

My wife, who is more observant than I am, says "Martha is a germophobe and didn't shake his hand....time stamp 05:34 she just jumps away and he carries his facial expression without missing a beat. He is good, and one cool customer." In reference to the first video.

Re: Puzzles
This thread has me thinking. I may save up to buy a jig saw, so I can do Cut and Restored Puzzle. It will be safer than doing Saw the Lady in Half (I tried that one once - now she lives in New York and Chicago).
