Sino is considered one of the last great magician of the 20th Century (1921 to 2005). With his "Top Hat Parad" he has performed in many European variety. Sino and his wife "Mausi" performed in-the legendary Ed Sullivan Show, USA. In the 1960s he led for three years through his own TV show on ZDF: Hello friends. ZDF = (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen)

according to Oettermann's and Spiegel's "Lexikon der Zauberkuenstler" his real name was Hans-Juergen Schrein. He was German and turned pro in 1948. Besides this "magic hat parade" he apparently also developed an Indian rope trick and tricks with lightbulbs.
The German magic magazines which I checked hardly ever mentioned him, and I could not find any books or tricks published by him yet.
Maybe you want to check with Wittus Witt, who posted the video, and who is also said to own quite an impressive archive.
