Not Magic Posters, But ...

Postby Dustin Stinett » September 5th, 2022, 3:48 pm

Here's a dandy way to spend a little holiday time: Sotheby's film poster auction. Dozens of wonderful poster, lobby card, and photo images from virtually every film genre. American, European, and Asian. Fun and dazzling. Enjoy.

Yeah, I never recommended buying any of them. But it was fun for us looky-loos. Stuff like this, including magic books, posters, props, and ephemera, is worth what people are willing pay for them. I saw a lot of bids; I saw no bids. Isn't it swell when the marketplace works the way it's supposed to?
