Magic, Mysteries and Movies

You may be interested in this interview I did with John Gaspard, the author of the mysteries The Ambitious Card, The Bullet Catch, The Miser's Dream and more. As you may have guessed this detective series has a magician at its center. The books are clever, witty, funny, and a great way to pass a few hours. John talks about his Eli Marks series as well as his other pursuits here:

Great podcast, Jack.

I ordered one of his novels immediately and am happily 10 chapters in. No idea "who did it."

You can download #2 in the series, "The Bullet Catch", for free in Apple's book app or on Amazon.

My wife gave me the first six in the series for Christmas. Looks like I’ve got some reading to do.
