Just watched the BBC adaptation of John Le Carre's The Night Manager. It's pretty good. The third episode has Hugh Laurie doing a cups and balls sequence. He doesn't do any sleights, but being a good actor, he really sells what he does.

His comedy partner, Stephen Fry, is a member of the Magic Circle.
