I can see that Jack's is the license plate for Chitty-Chitty Bang Bang, but that's about all I can see!

gen=information (yup, look it up)
11=eleven
genii=spirits

It's like those "British Crosswords" clues that GAMES magazine used to have.

One of the more straightforward clues from the often devilish crossword published daily in The Scotsman.

I no longer read newspapers however my dear mother-in-law religiously clips out the crossword for me every day, bless her cotton socks.
