Psychics on the radio

Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

Psychics on the radio

Postby Bill Mullins » April 18th, 2017, 11:49 am

I'm listening right now to "On Point", an NPR radio show. The subject is current psychic research programs. Guests include Annie Jacobsen, who wrote a book about US govt research programs into psychic programs; and Hal Putoff, a Stanford physicist who has conducted research with Uri Geller among others; and Gail Hayssen, a psychic.

The host and guests seem very accepting of the "reality" of psychic phenomena.

I have been on the radio many, many times as a psychic. Oddly enough for some reason it is far better than being on television from a business point of view. However, the most wonderful interview of them all was conducted by Liam Nolan, a prominent Irish broadcaster of the time. A very skilled interviewer indeed.
