I greatly appreciates the speaking freely column by Eric Jones. First the laws should be applied strictly in our community too. Not a hard thing to do after all !
And like every human issue, everyone has to be very careful all the time around him so racism in all forms doesn’t occur and if it does, one have to severely condemn it. It reminds me the covid 19 transmission. If most of us do that, racism should die quickly, like the virus which would have nowhere to go.

I can relate to this, as a Native-American-Mexican I have felt Racism in my life as well as within the "Magic Community' from spectators at shows, to other Magicians/Performers


Our Native Genocide and Racism against us goes back further than slavery, and as Natives, we are erased, ignored and left-out
