Erasers!!!!

A place where beginners can participate, ask questions, and post their views. However, beginners typically ask a lot of questions about sources, tricks, books, and so on. In fact, all magicians are interested (or should be) in the provenance of tricks, ideas, and related matters. This department will service these needs.

Erasers!!!!

Postby Steve Vaught » August 29th, 2008, 3:30 am

I perform magic at a local restaurant. A kid came in recently and asked if he could show me a trick. I obliged.

He then performed a very smooth trick with 4 ERASERS. It looked like a David Roth coin assembly, but with erasers! I congratulated him on a job well done, thinking the whole time, I'm going to try that when I get home.

I grabbed my beloved copy of Roth's book, opened to the right page, grabbed some erasers...wait a minute...that's not right...it wasn't working for me.

So I'm wondering, is anyone familiar with this kind of trick. If so, would you mind mentioning the book or video from where it came...Thank You

At the Bar it's always good with beer caps; used to start with Bud and Bobo switch to Fat Tire Ale.
