What tips can you recommend to me when reviewing my new website?, http://www.dynamikemagic.com/

I like it! It's got a colorful, cartoonish style that fits your kid/family market.
You have a full array of marketing-based features, including video and text that helps prospective clients picture you at their event. You have an excellent FAQ section. And you have the multiple means to contact you and hopefully hire you.
The only thing that was a little rough for me was the Blog. Is it possible to change the links on that blog page to connect the tabs to your new pages? That was a real disconnect for me.
But the rest looks great, especially since it matches your market.
