Happy Friday All!!

I'm looking for a used set of the Mike Skinner Professional Close Up Magic DVD series. If anyone has this set or the individual DVD they'd like to part with, please email me at: mrmagik@optonline.net

Many thanks!

I have them. They're terrible and show Michael at his worst when he was ill. You really don't want them.

Richard,

Are there any other instructional videos available of Skinner performing in his prime?

You need to get these DVDs if you don't have them: The Legendary Repertoire of Michael Skinner. It's a three volume set of Skinner in home performances. The closest you'll get to seeing Skinner in his prime along with the Johnny Carson videos on YouTube. Not tutorial videos but you can learn a lot by watching:

Oh yes, forgot about those. They are great, too.

I just got through listening to the entire 10 CD Michael Skinner set. Bravo!!! They made my daily commute to and from work a charm! Many of the CDs I listened to several times and will continue to listen to them again. I've only had a chance to view a portion of one of the DVDs. I must say this is a great set and I am super happy I found this on eBay. I have a question, in one of the CDs Michael mentions a book of his that was going to be published titled, "10 for 10". Was this ever published? I've searched around and can't seem to find it. Thanks!

Roberto, Are the CDs great? I wish the project had been a financial success, but people don't want to listen to CDs. A pity.
"10 for 10" was a book of Michael's that Jeff Busby was supposed to published, and like so many other Busby projects it never came out.

Richard,

The CDs are fantastic! I laughed out loud at moments. I truly enjoyed the stories he and others shared. I will revisit these over and over again. Thanks for letting me know about 10 for 10. Such a shame that this book was never published. Michael sounded excited about releasing that book to the fraternity.
