Total of six were published by Marlo with help from David Solomon. I have 2-5 but, alas, Marlo passed before I could buy No. 1 from him. In those days, $50 was hard for me to come by so I bought them one at a time in reverse order over a period of a couple of years as I had the extra moola, if I recall correctly. I don't understand why someone hasn't purchased the rights to publish reprints. There's truly some wonderful material in the five volumes that I've read and studied over the years.

In 2001 Randy Wakeman, in connection with Marlo's widow, Muriel, reprinted Volumes 1 and 2, along with a few of his book titles.

Wow. That's a pretty eyebrow-raising price. Not saying they're not worth it, just curious as to how rare. Any estimate as to how many were printed?

The price is actually kind of low. They were selling for at least $1250 a few years ago for the set. Individual issues would go for 200-350 US.

I thought there was the original printing, then when those ran out, Marlo supplied photocopied magazines. Is this correct?

Yes. Marlo provided what he called ‘authorized photocopies’. The one I had was signed by him with a note to the effect it was an authorized copy.
