The Book is in Excellent Collectible Condition.Looks to be UNREAD. With the exception of the dust jacket. When purchased the dust jacket already had tears in it. dust jacket has tears at the top and bottom. I have talked to other people who have this book and say the same thing, the dust jacket gets tears on top and bottom, Book looks great without the jacket.
